Tattooing
I studied illustration at Rhode Island School of Design, but it wasn't clear just how I would put my degree into practice until I did my first tattoo in early 2007 . After a long, traditional apprenticeship in Mississippi, I tattooed there for a few years before moving to New Orleans and New York.

During the span of my tattoo career, I've had the absolute pleasure of traveling all over the world. One of those places is Ecuador, where I received a message in ceremony to combine all of my passions into one life-path. This is where my tattooing expanded beyond pet portraits and pop-culture icons (which I LOVE) to include a return to it's origins by way of ceremonial tattooing.

The ceremonial tattooing I offer is done in a shamanic ritual. After speaking about the intention of my client, I receive the elements to be included in the tattoo in a shamanic journey. Then I create a symbol for my client, to reflect their purpose for seeking it. I call them Amulet Tattoos.

I love getting to meet and work with people and all of their projects. It's an honor.
